Product Marketing

I bring a people first approach to product marketing. In PMM terms, I act as a missing piece of your puzzle by helping you to discover your customer's jobs, and how by empathising with it, you build products/features that they actually need. For the best result(s), I enjoy continuously collaborating with the relevant teams to drive acquisition, retention, and advocacy of product(s).

Content Marketing

I love using stories to educate and inform people. I ensure that I am proactive to the needs of the audience, such that when they need hand-holding, they have access to the knowledge and resources that can help them to excel as individuals or users of your product/service. By focusing on these needs, I create content that matters in various formats, and distribute across the channels that they spend time on.

Copywriting

I drive action from your users/customers by writing web and product copies that evoke feelings that are relatable. In writing buzzword-free copies, I start by understanding the people - the target audience. Understanding them gives me insight into their pain, struggles, and desires. I then communicate a solution with simple, clear, and honest copies that hit the spot and drives home the message.

Communication Design

I love the art of visual storytelling in marketing. I enjoy creating designs that blend with copies to give your audience a clearer and complete picture of the message that you are trying to drive home. I believe that by telling stories using relatable visuals - images, illustrations etc, the message sticks in the minds of your core target, hence, propelling them to take action.
